Problem: Unable to add an Exchange account
If you run into problems when setting up your mailbox on your iPhone for the first time, we recommend that you ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of the Apple iOS Operating System that is available for your phone model.
To check you are on the latest version:
Tap Settings > General > Software Update
If an update is available, you can install it from here.
The installation process can take some time. Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection before proceeding with the update.
If you are already on the latest version, double check all of the account details you have entered. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.
