To recover deleted items that no longer show in the Deleted folder, please use the following instructions. This guide is for recovering deleted items in Outlook Web Access (OWA). For recovering deleted items in the Outlook Application please see How to recover deleted items in Outlook.
1. Open the Recover Deleted Items menu
In the list of folders on the left side of your web browser, right-click Deleted Items then select Recover deleted items... in the menu.
2. Recover the deleted item
Search through the list of deleted items or use the search box to find the email you wish to recover. When you find the item, select it then click Recover.
To select multiple items to recover, click the checkbox next to each item then click Recover.
Recovered emails will be moved back to your Inbox.
